What Are Your Opening Hours?

We start appointments from 8am and finish at 5pm. Whilst we’ll do our best to stay within these times, we won’t leave a job until it’s finished, so you can rest assured we won’t be packing up at 5:05pm, leaving you with no hot water!

Do You Charge a Call Out Fee?

We have a rule that if we have to use our tools, it becomes chargeable time. For quotes, we don’t charge as we don’t have to use our tools.  If you’ve had a breakdown, more often than not we’ll have to perform diagnostic before conducting the repair. Even though, we’ll usually have to come back to finish. We think this is a fair happy medium that works for everyone.

How Can I Pay?

All our engineers carry card machines, so you can pay on the day. We also accept cash, cheque or bank transfer. We’ve tried to incorporate as many payment options as possible to make it as simple as possible.

Can I Book a Specific Time?

We’ll always try to work around your schedule, but due to the nature of the work we do, it’s impossible to guarantee time slots. Jobs can often be more complicated than they appear and overrun. Because of this, where possible we offer morning and afternoon appointments, which works for most people. 

Do You Work Weekends?

Can You Sort My Problem on the Day?

Of course, we’ll always do our best to fix your issue on our initial visit. However, in most cases we’ll perform an initial diagnostic and have to order parts to sort the problem. Sometimes we’ll have them on hand or be able to pick them up on the day, but if we have to order them in, there may be some downtime.

Can You Do a Deal on Price?

The short answer is no. We’re proud that we give all our customers a fair and honest price from the offset. We don’t artificially increase our prices just in case someone asks for money off, so you know you’re getting the best price we can offer, right from the start!
